The Agile Manfiesto for Software Development has uncovered better way of working.
Over two decades have passed and we have surpassed over forty different frameworks and methodologies for better ways of working.
To be successful in adopting better ways of working the following are now known
small teams over large teams
implementation through journeys over attending large courses
goal alignment over mandates
team autonomy and collaboration with leadership support over command-and-control
That is, we have the things on the left more than things on the right.
Both small teams and their organizations can achieve agility when everyone discovers better ways of working together. It’s all for the customers’ benefit.
